Organic Honey, Jam & Protein Bars

Why We Choose Honey — Not Sugar

Honey is not a sugar substitute. It is a complex natural product with over 200 bioactive substances — enzymes, flavonoids, organic acids, antimicrobial compounds. Refined sugar has none of them.

Antimicrobial properties — honey contains hydrogen peroxide and methylglyoxal (MGO), which have been proven to fight bacteria
Lower glycemic index than table sugar — GI approx. 55–65 depending on the variety, table sugar 65–70
Prebiotic effect — oligosaccharides in honey promote bifidobacteria in the gut

Why Selected Beekeepers — Not Chinese Imports

Over 40% of the honey sold in the EU comes from China or is relabeled via third countries. EU authorities have repeatedly detected contamination with antibiotics and pesticides.

Traceability back to the beehive — every honey can be traced to a region, a beekeeper, and a crop
No antibiotic treatment — excluded for our beekeepers
Seasonal harvest, not industrial mass production — cold-filled, not heated
3km pesticide-free radius — organic beekeeping requires beehives to be located at least 3km away from conventional agriculture

Organic Protein Bars — Natural Energy Without Industrial Sugar

Our organic protein bars are the alternative to supermarket bars: no glucose syrup, no palm fat, no artificial flavors — instead, real ingredients, naturally sweetened with honey or dates.

Organic-certified ingredients — controlled cultivation, traceable
Natural sweetness — honey, dates, or agave instead of industrial sugar
High protein content — for high performers who do not want to compromise on quality on the go
No palm fat, no artificial flavors — what is on the label is what is inside
