Shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of the number of products ordered. The following rates apply:

Express shipping within Austria: €11.80 per order.
Express shipping to Germany: €11.80 per order.
Direct delivery in Vienna and Lower Austria, subject to availability and an agreed delivery date: €11.80 per order.

There is no automatic free delivery above a certain order value. There is no general minimum order value. The shipping methods available for your order and the shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery area and direct delivery

We offer express shipping to Austria and Germany. Direct deliveries in Vienna and Lower Austria are arranged in advance. Direct deliveries to other Austrian federal states are only possible by prior arrangement; availability, delivery date and costs are agreed before the order is placed.

Fresh and chilled products

Fresh and chilled products are shipped or delivered directly according to their transport requirements. The available delivery method depends on the product and delivery address. Please refer to the information on the product page.

Processing and delivery dates

Order processing time, advance ordering requirements and transit time are separate periods. The actual delivery date depends on product availability, the required lead time and the shipping or delivery method. The term “Express” does not automatically mean delivery on the day after the order is placed.

Please allow two days' lead time for direct deliveries and fresh fish. Please note any different information provided for the individual product. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
