Metzger & Söhne – Viennese culinary history since 1685

The history of Metzger & Söhne began in 1685 in Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna as a confectioner's shop and wax chandler. With the opening of the shop at Stephansplatz in Vienna in 1758, refined creations with marzipan and chocolate were developed, which were also supplied to the Viennese court. This combination of sweet craftsmanship and Viennese gift culture still defines the company today.

Caffè Mauro Amabile, whole beans, 1 kg

A smooth, balanced blend of Arabica and Robusta beans from Italy with pleasant acidity, a rounded flavor and full body. Medium roast, intensity 7/10, enjoyed black or with milk. Grind the whole beans to the appropriate setting before preparation. The 1 kg pack is packaged under a protective atmosphere. Caffè Mauro from Calabria has stood for Italian roasting expertise since 1949.

Felber sponge cake roll with apricot jam, 500 g

The fruit-filled roll complements coffee and chocolate for a shared coffee break. It can be divided into approximately seven portions and is wrapped in foil. For fresh enjoyment, please take into account the short shelf life of around four days when presenting the gift.

A basket that lasts

The hand-woven seagrass basket can be reused as a bread basket or for storage after unpacking. Available in various color combinations while stocks last. A specific color cannot be selected.
