From the corporate world to the organic kitchen

My name is Roman Wenzl. As CEO, CFO, and COO, I worked for over 30 years in 15 countries — in the food industry, retail, and consumer goods. I knew the industry from the inside. And that is exactly why I knew what was really in most products.

After two decades of international stress between Vienna, New York, and Dubai, I noticed: My energy was waning. Not because of my age — but because of what I ate.

The turning point

As an insider, I began to deliberately switch to organic-certified products — Austrian goods with AT Bio 301, international products with EU Organic certification. The result was astonishing: more energy, better concentration, less exhaustion.

I wanted to make this experience accessible.
