Delivery & Shipping

Which countries does SANUSVERSUS deliver to?

We deliver to Austria (AT) and Germany (DE). Fresh and refrigerated products are delivered via overnight express to AT and DE.

How quickly will I receive my order?

In Austria, we deliver standard goods within 1–2 business days. Fresh and refrigerated products are delivered via overnight express – order by 12:00 noon, delivery on the next business day. Express delivery within Vienna is also available.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in Austria: €11.80. Refrigerated shipping/overnight express: €11.80. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Does SANUSVERSUS offer special terms for businesses?

Yes. For law firms, banks, clinics, hotels, and other businesses, we offer framework agreements with individual terms, regular delivery, and consolidated billing. Contact: office@sanusversus.com

Can I order as a business on account?

Do you offer corporate catering and breakfast service?

Yes. We supply businesses with organic breakfast packages, snacks, juices, and catering solutions for meetings and events. Custom selection available upon request.

Products & Quality

Are all products certified organic?

Many of our products carry the Austrian organic certification AT Bio 301 or the EU organic certification. The certifications can be viewed for each product.

Where do your products come from?

We source our products exclusively from audited Austrian and European quality producers. Regionality and short supply chains are our highest priority.
