Pink, fruity and playful: the raspberry chocolate flower bar is a delight from the moment you unwrap it. Its floral relief is a feast for the eyes, while its taste combines fruity raspberry with sweet white chocolate.

Melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate with 5% freeze-dried raspberry powder provides the fruity note and the natural, vibrant pink colour. A feast for the senses.

Metzger & Söhne Edelweiss milk chocolate

Eight Edelweiss made from premium milk chocolate with at least 40% cocoa: creamy, velvety and full of character. Milk and cocoa combine with delicate vanilla and caramel notes to create a smooth, full-bodied taste.

The chocolate melts softly and smoothly. Its flavour reveals nuances of roasted hazelnut and cream, followed by a mild, milky-cocoa finish. The nutty notes describe the aroma, not the ingredients.

White flower bar with pistachios and roses

A little floral greeting from the imperial era: Creamy white chocolate combines with bright green pistachios and delicate pink candied rose petals. Each bar is hand-cast and sprinkled with chopped pistachios and candied roses.

Couverture with 33% cocoa butter and candied blossoms from Spain provide a creamy milk aroma and delicate floral sweetness. Creamy on the finish, subtly sweet and free from artificial flavourings. A special accompaniment to Champagne.

The history of Metzger & Söhne began in 1685 in Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna. With the shop at Vienna's Stephansplatz from 1758 onwards, marzipan and chocolate creations were also supplied to the Viennese court. A sweet tradition for special gifting moments.
