My name is Roman Wenzl. As an economist from the WU Vienna and a manager in international leadership positions, I worked for over three decades in the food industry, retail, and consumer goods sector – in France, the USA, the Gulf States, and many other countries.
I knew the industry from the inside. I knew how products are developed, what compromises are made on quality, and what is really in most of the food sold daily in supermarkets.
And that knowledge eventually woke me up.

The turning point
After two decades of constant international stress – traveling between Vienna, New York, and Dubai, endless restructuring projects, 80-hour weeks – I noticed that my energy was waning. Not dramatically, but noticeably. Concentration, endurance, recovery – everything became harder.
As someone who knows the food industry from the inside, I began to make a conscious change. Away from industrially processed products, towards organic-certified, regional food directly from the producer.
The result was astonishing: more energy, better concentration, less exhaustion.
