Pumpkin seed oil is highly digestible due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic and oleic acid. Approximately half of the kernel oil consists of polyunsaturated linoleic acid. Another 27% is made up of monounsaturated oleic acid in the green-brown gold. In addition to vitamins E, D, and A, the kernels also contain a wide variety of valuable minerals and trace elements – including potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, and chromium.

- 27.98% oleic acid (monounsaturated)

The unsaturated fatty acids prevent the excessive accumulation of dihydrotestosterone in the prostate. Shelf life approx. 10 months. The product is suitable for children from 2 years of age and for older people (provided there are no medical restrictions).
