The family's artisanal roots go back to 1890, when Karl Wienerroither founded a bakery in Allhaming. Helmut Wenschitz began a new chapter in 1990 with his own confectionery shop. Today's chocolate and confectionery manufactory in Allhaming has grown from this history.

Carefully selected cocoa, original recipes and handcrafted production are at the heart of everything here. Wenschitz makes his fresh pralines to order. High-quality craftsmanship, selected ingredients and honest production, without palm oil or palm fat.
