The family's artisanal roots go back to 1890, when Karl Wienerroither founded a bakery in Allhaming. Helmut Wenschitz opened his own confectionery shop in 1990. This family tradition shapes the chocolate and praline manufactory in Allhaming.

Carefully selected ingredients and artisanal processing are at the heart of everything. The Mozartkugeln are made without palm oil or palm fat.
