Felber sponge roulade with apricot jam, 500 g

Wrapped sponge roulade with apricot jam, easy to portion for a shared coffee break. Makes approximately 7 portions of approx. 71 g each. The existing individual product description states a minimum shelf life of approx. 4 days. Plan accordingly for presentation and timely consumption.

Caffè Mauro Amabile, whole beans, 1 kg

Smooth, balanced blend of Arabica and Robusta beans from Italy with pleasant acidity, rounded flavor and full body. Medium roast, intensity 7/10, black or with milk. Grind the whole beans to the appropriate setting before preparation. The 1 kg pack is packaged under a protective atmosphere. Caffè Mauro from Calabria has stood for Italian roasting expertise since 1949.
