Lebzelterei Schmid has stood for traditional craftsmanship for over 120 years. Today, Christoph Schmid runs the family business in the fifth generation and preserves the time-honored craft of the Lebzelter.

Ingredients: Flour (WHEAT, RYE), sugar, honey, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, aranzini (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavouring, citric acid as an acidifier), WALNUTS, dates, figs, water, spices, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate), sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, flavouring.

May contain traces of tree nuts and sulfites!
