The cheese selection

The Plangger gift box contains approx. 200 g organic Tyrolean mountain cheese PGI matured for six months in the Felsenkeller, approx. 200 g organic Sennkäse matured for approx. four months, and approx. 200 g organic Pfefferhexe or Bockshornkleek cheese, each matured for approx. three months. All three varieties are made from organic hay milk PGI.

Ordering and delivery

Please allow at least eight days' notice for ordering due to the cheese gift box. For larger gift orders, we will coordinate the quantity and desired delivery date directly with you.

The basket contains perishable food requiring refrigeration. Please observe the storage instructions and expiration dates on the respective original packaging and maintain the cold chain until delivery and afterwards.
