Our organic salmon trout is freshly harvested from the natural pond at midnight on the day you order, gutted immediately, vacuum-packed and ready to cook, and delivered straight to you under a continuous cold chain. Fresher it cannot get.

Each salmon trout grows naturally – therefore, the weight varies slightly. Price: €33.00/kg, charged according to the actual weight. Approx. 1.2–1.5 kg = 3 meals for adults.

What is a salmon trout?

Salmon trout is a commercial name for large, red-fleshed trout weighing more than 1.5 kg. From a zoological point of view, all trout are salmonids, some even belong to the same genus (Salmo) as the Atlantic salmon, but there is no separate species called salmon trout.
