When Hans Moser I started his own butchery business in Wieselburg in 1903, he probably had no idea where his drive would lead him.

Today, he could proudly pat every single employee on the back. Because a lot has happened in the over 120-year history of Moser Wurst. Each generation has taken the business inherited from their parents a step further, refined products, and implemented innovative ideas. And yet, one thing in particular has remained since then: the craftsmanship. Of course, state-of-the-art machines support our employees in all areas, but most things are still made by hand today, just as they were back then. Just as original and honest as in the days of Hans Moser I.
