My name is Roman Wenzl. As CEO, CFO, and COO, I worked for over 30 years in 15 countries – food industry, retail, consumer goods. I knew the industry from the inside. And that's precisely why I knew what was really in most products.

After two decades of international stress between Vienna, New York, and Dubai, I realized: my energy was waning. Not because of age – but because of what I was eating.
